Tim started his career in Financial Services, working in corporate strategy for a global bank and focusing on business turnaround, new market entry, organisation design, salesforce effectiveness, performance management and talent development.
Tim took over the Knight Security family business in 2014, following the passing of his father, the founder. Since 2014 the business has expanded and added Technology services. In addition, there have been a number of achievements including being the chosen security provider at the births of Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis of Cambridge. Tim is passionate about building a high-performing team and long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Charlie spent 10 years as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army. During his time in the Army he saw active service in Kosovo and Iraq.
Following his military career, Charlie managed the private office of a UHNWI (ultra high-net-worth individual).
Charlie then held leadership roles in two specialist security companies focusing on risk management and personal protection. Charlie subsequently moved into the Technology sector and led business development activity in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe for US technology firms. He is a Member of the Security Institute.
Mick served in the Royal Military Police for 11 years before joining the UK Police. During his 10 years in the Police he carried out CID, Rapid Intervention, Firearms and Close Protection duties.
Mick was also deployed as a Close Protection Operator in support of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Kurdistan, Iraq. During his time in Iraq he was the Close Protection Team Leader protecting US Military Generals.
Mick has many years’ experience in corporate and residential security having worked in the private sector for 15-plus years.
Rebecca manages the day-to-day running of the Knight Security head office, including management of the finance and administration teams.
She brings years of experience as an office manager and a background in managing operations within several different industries.
Rebecca has studied for and achieved her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualifications with the business.
